If you cancel
14 or more days before
Cancel on or before Wednesday 14 October 2026 for a full refund of the workshop fee.
7 to 13 days before
From Thursday 15 October to Wednesday 21 October 2026, transfer the place to another eligible participant or receive credit for a future London Makehouse programme.
Fewer than 7 days before
From Thursday 22 October 2026, there is no automatic refund. You may nominate another eligible participant, subject to consent and pre-work. Exceptional circumstances will be considered.
If London Makehouse cancels
The payer receives a full refund of the workshop fee. Separate travel, accommodation or other costs are not covered unless required by law.
Guardian consent
For a participant under 18, consent is due within 72 hours after payment, or within 24 hours for a booking made inside seven days. If consent is declined or not completed within that window, the booking is cancelled, refunded and the place released.
Before launch
The final terms must add exact cut-off times, credit validity and transfer rules. Payments remain disabled in this test build.
