AI Founder Lab · Parent and guardian information
A serious working day with a clear outcome.
AI Founder Lab is a six-hour London workshop for ages 13–18. Participants use AI and modern building tools to define a business, build a testable MVP and decide what to do next. The inaugural group is capped at eight.

What the participant should bring home
The workshop target is a defined business, a working MVP another person can open or test, project files and a seven-day plan.
These are first-stage outputs. The workshop does not promise a finished company, customers, revenue or a production-ready product.
AI supports the work. It does not make the decisions.
The workshop principle is AI proposes. Founder decides. Participants may use AI to explore options, organise information, challenge assumptions and help build an MVP. They remain responsible for the business direction.
The essentials are handled before attendance
London Makehouse has a safeguarding policy and a named safeguarding lead. Public liability insurance and first-aid provision are in place for the workshop.
For every participant under 18, a parent or guardian must provide signed consent, emergency contact information and any relevant medical or access information before attendance. The named contact route will be published before launch.
Maximum eight participants
The group is deliberately small. Bradley facilitates the full day and supports participants as they move through the same seven-stage process with different ideas and MVPs. The workshop runs at any booked cohort size.
What the participant needs
- a suitable laptop and charger;
- approved existing accounts confirmed during pre-work; and
- a packed lunch.
The readiness check is mandatory. If an account is unsuitable because of age, permissions or access, the issue is resolved during pre-work rather than at 09:00 on the day.
London venue to be confirmed
The exact London venue and travel information will be supplied no later than Wednesday 14 October 2026. Access information will be added once the venue is confirmed.
Anyone can pay. Guardian consent still comes directly to you.
The payer may be the participant, a parent or guardian, or another adult. For anyone under 18, the booking must include a parent or guardian email address.
- The payer receives payment confirmation.
- The participant receives the workshop pack.
- The guardian receives a direct consent link.
- The participant completes mandatory readiness pre-work.
- Final joining information is sent when the booking is ready to attend.
Consent is due within 72 hours, or within 24 hours for bookings made inside seven days. If it is declined or not completed by the stated deadline, the booking is cancelled, the payment refunded and the place released.
A fair policy for a dated, small-group workshop
- Cancel at least 14 days before for a full refund.
- Between 7 and 13 days, transfer the place or receive future-programme credit.
- Fewer than 7 days before, there is no automatic refund, but an eligible replacement may attend and exceptional circumstances will be considered.
- If London Makehouse cancels, the workshop fee is refunded in full.
